Sage Fab's forming operations are centered around our 60 ton CNC press brake with ram repeatability down to +/- 0.0004". Computer controlled backgauges and punch depths allow for quick fabrication of intricate and nonstandard bends.

Specializing in the bump forming process, we can produce formed panels, plates, and sheet of any radius up to 12' in length. Cylindrical, conic, and even variable radius shapes are possible.
