Fixturing

All assembling, match drilling, and alignment is accomplished using custom-made fixturing for the job. The combination of our gantry mill and press allow us to produce fixturing for large and unique assemblies.

Hardware

We perform installation of rivets, pins, fasteners, threads, inserts, nutplates, and more. Each are installed per their relevant mil or manufacturer spec and can be wet installed upon request.

Finishing

Sage Fab also performs sanding, bonding, and CNC deburring/chamfering. We have an approved supplier list for coating and inspection services with companies local and out of state, assuring many options for the task at hand.

FOD Control

Our workspace and all employees are governed by FOD Awareness and Control protocols including a clean-as-you-go policy. Before assembly and inspection all mating and inspected surfaces are cleaned and verified to be free of debris.
